The Daphne Workout Routine


Okay, you think your tough? Well can you handle the Daphne workout plan? First you have to stretch, then do some medium-impact aerobics warm-up and, finally, get busy with the heavy lifting-carrying around the 41 inches on the top and the 41 inches on the bottom...lol. Get sweating, guys!!!

Swim. That's the best answer for any body. Zero Impact, no stretching of the skin, boyancy and body fat actually help you when you start out (as opposed to other aerobic exercises where your current body status isn't prepared for the exercise and works against you).

Most women complain that the water is too far from the locker room. :)

All you need is a trip to sport chalet, pick up a good quality suit and no matter what exercise routine you execute after swimming for a while, your cardiovascular system will be prepared for the requirements you place on it. The rest will be sore muscles.

That would be an amazing work out. I am very physically inclined. But i think the most challenging thing about your work out would be staying focused. They always said working out is all in the mind. lol
